This is Laing’s flagship recirculation pump. It is an Under Faucet Installed System meaning that it only has one component rather than two (the sensor and pump are contained in one unit and not separate pieces).
Great choice if you don’t have access to your water heater/boiler.

Timer: This system has a timer which means that you can set it to turn on for just the hours you’re home. For example, instead of leaving it running 24 hours a day, you may want to have it turn on the hour before you wake up and a few hours around the time you get home. That way you’ll get hot water to wash you face and hands and in the shower.
Quality: Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of manufacture or 1 year from the date of user purchase, whichever is sooner. Weighs 3 lbs and runs on 115V.
Price: View current price on Amazon. This is a little bit more expensive than average, but you’re paying for a single contained unit.
Installation: 1 Hour installation at most. Very simple project that even beginner DIYers will have no problem with. This is an Under Faucet Installed System (which you can read more about Here) meaning that the main pump and valve are contained in one piece. If you look at the product image, the bronze part is the valve and the black part is the pump and timer.
Other: This unit needs to be installed directly below a faucet, so make sure that there is a place to plug it in under your cabinet. As pretty as this unit is, you probably don’t want it to become decoration, so if you don’t have a cabinet under your sink, you may want to go with a Water Heater Installed system like the Watts 500800 or Grundfos 595916.
Also, sometimes these pumps vibrate during operation, so having one inside could be annoying if it happens to be noisey. You don’t hear noise complaints too often but it is possible. I went with the type of unit that you install by the water heater in the garage which eliminates any possibility of the noise becoming an irritance.
