This is an ‘always on’ system which you may or may not need, therefore it is neither a positive nor a negative.

Timer: This system does not have a timer. It is on constantly. A product like this makes sense in an always occupied home. If you work from home, or are a stay at home parent, or there are always people coming in and out of the house, this is a good option. Don’t forget though that you can get a unit WITH a time and leave it on all the time also.
Quality: Comes with a 2-Year Limited warranty.
Price: View current price on Amazon. This is a tiny bit on the expensive side until you realize that it doesn’t come with a check valve (which would cost another $50 if you wanted it).
Installation: 1 Hour installation at most. Very simple project that even beginner DIYers will have no problem with. This is a Water Heater Installed Recirculator (which you can read more about Here) meaning that the main pump needs to be installed at the water heater and the valve needs to be installed below the faucet of the sink furthest away from the heater.
